What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all about the atmos culture. Which is the best part of the company

Accessibilty to the common employee
The keep us update on the financial stability of the company and if we are having problems or issues with our customers. We have dedicated a lot of resources to be number one in safety.
I like the open door policy, regardless of position in the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promote based on accomplishments and merrits versus DEI, woke and golf or hunting buddies.
Realizing people have lives and families outside of work. I am forced to work ot everyday. And badgered everyday to work ot.
Ditch the micromanagement policies and treat your employees with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401-k benefits for all employees
Pto and vacation time off
I believe I am paid fairly for the work I do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
All on the same page. We have our disagreemnts but overall you can count on them.
We are capable of working on any problems
Most of the team cares for one another and is willing to help if asked.
We work as a team on project or collections issues to help resolve overdue bills for the customers and our pipeline customers.
The close friendships that we develop. I like the willingness of my mates to help when I need it.

It is positive for the Management and Supervidors
People respect work and home boundaries
We have an exceptional great culture with Atmos Spirit.
The company likes to promote from within and tries to help you get the tools and training you need to advance if that is what you want to do.

Its quick but the hiring process can take some time 3-4 weeks sometimes
I had a chance to meet with a few different employees.

The Pay check and 401-k
Getting to work on interesting problems
My coworkers, the work I do, and knowing that I get to go home at the end of the day.
I work for a company who makes a difference in the service we provide for the customers and in the communities we serves.
I love being able to talk to and assist my customer's to the best of my ability. I enjoy being at my best.
