What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talk and listen to people in the field. And not listen to the blow hards that will tell you what you want to hear
Promote based on accomplishments and merrits versus DEI, woke and golf or hunting buddies.
Realizing people have lives and families outside of work. I am forced to work ot everyday. And badgered everyday to work ot.
Ditch the micromanagement policies and treat your employees with respect.

Each state has differnt pay adjustments and i believe that some areas are undervalued
