What are some of the best things about your team?
Meetings seem to always attempt to please everyone and it is just not always practical
Allowed to be blunt and critical of projects and each other without anyone bevoming offended.
We work remote most of the time. Quarterly meetings are held around the nation in fine hotels and resorts.
We are all working in different time zones and rotate to make Zoom meetings comfortable for all members
All know there place in the organisation and carry forth duties in accordance with directives of the Board.
