Everyone's wicked smart and they are all here to solve the same problem. We work well together so it feels like we can solve a lot of tough problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to trying the best plan. If it works out we do more of that, if it doesn't we learn our lesson and pivot. This can feel like thrash but it means we stop doing things we know won't work.
