What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates and the people I work with directly are the primary reason I love working here.
Everyone's wicked smart and they are all here to solve the same problem. We work well together so it feels like we can solve a lot of tough problems.
Although we're a team of go-getters who encourage one another to think bigger, I have found the people here to be compassionate, respectful, and eager to make an impact together. I feel heard and valued, while working amongst people I respect and like.
My coworkers are compassionate and humble, always treating each other with respect and humanity. The people are empowered to create the culture and community they want to see, embracing diversity and belonging and allowing everyone to come to work as their most authentic self.
