Everyone is supportive of each other and willing to help you when you need it.
People are always happy to support each other.
Big push for engagement and virtual events.
There is ample opportunity for employees to make their mark on the company culture they want to see. The culture is one of understanding and belonging, where I can show up as my authentic self. I feel like my voice is heard and respected.
