What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company just added a new commuter benefit to help with our relocation to Boston. Great package all around!
I just appreciate that the insurance coverage includes dental, vision, short-term and long-term disabilities.

What are some of the best things about your team?
most meetings are 1/2 hour or less which makes for good cadence and efficiency
Diligent and collaborative; these are the two words to describe my team.
lean, effective, open minded, collaborative, dedicated

People are very nice here.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They accommodated all the interviewers' schedule in one day so I can save trips. Also I had a chance to talk with every member in the team, and I was able to see myself fit in the team.
Meeting the team at large over a couple of interviews allowed me to make an informed decision at the time I was offered the job.

Challenging work and great co-workers
They give me challenging work without putting too much pressure on me. And I think my work is fairly recognized and compensated.
