How flexible is your work schedule at Attivio?
Very flexible. I come to the office every day but when life outside of work requires to be out of the office, I manage my schedule as I see fit

What should I wear for an interview at Attivio?
Business casual
Dress professionally. I think business casual is fine too. Just look presentable and professional.
How would you compare interviewing at Attivio to other places you've interviewed?
Same as most, positive experience

What's the internship program like at Attivio?
The internship program at Attivio comprises of doing challenging and meaningful work, maintaining work life balance and having an overall fun learning experience. Attivio is consistently ranked as one of the best companies to work for, and after working here for 3 months I would say that's pretty accurate. The company culture is great, I sit right across from my team's manager and can talk to the CEO, CTO, other managers, architects, senior developers... anyone. And they are all really friendly! I am learning a lot just from these random encounters. Attivio works with complex and advance technologies, and I learned two new programming languages while working here. Overall, I'm really enjoying my time here and learning a lot. I'd certainly recommend it again to other people!
My internship experience at Attivio has been really great so far. I've had the opportunity to learn a variety of different skills, technical and non-technical. Also, as an intern, you really have an opportunity to make a huge impact on the company's goals. The company itself has a great culture. It definitely is a great environment for an intern to learn, grow, and develop all the professional skills he/she would need for the real world!
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Attivio?
The Attivio team is small and you get to meet a sizable number of people, which gave me confidence that I was making the right decision when they offered the position. The process was smooth and took less than 3 weeks from the recruiter's phone screen + 2 rounds of interviews.

all the interview questions during the interview process were pretty behavioral and straightforward for an intern. Depending on what role you are going for, it may vary.

The work for home policy does not apply to interns.
Does Attivio drug test or do a background check?
As an intern, I did not get drug tested. I am not sure if they background check.
How do I do well in an interview at Attivio?
I think Just like any other interview, really make sure you bring your best self to the table and also be ready to talk about your background and experience. Also, It is really important to sound engaged and deliver how you can add value to the company. Overall, just be yourself!
