They work you to the bone and everything is always last minute:urgent. Remote managers who doesn’t nurture growth
The company needs to grow up and manage itself like a professional organization. The leaders need to step aside and let operational leaders manage. The time is over for poor behavior.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Becoming more well versed in understanding digital media and media metrics. Trainings that teach people how to be effective at their jobs.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company needs to streamline their interview process. The interview process spanned several months and the recruiter even forgot what stage of the process we were in and tried to schedule interviews with same ppl twice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Low moral, lack of communication from the leadership down, high turnover, a lot of fluff
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
When things go wrong, I'd like to see everyone pitch in to fix it more often
