It was good learning experience
They involve you as much as you want to take on and appreciate/acknowledge hard work
Everything. Communication. Honesty. Transparency. Leadership.
The benefits have been fair in my opinion
They work you to the bone and everything is always last minute:urgent. Remote managers who doesn’t nurture growth
The company needs to grow up and manage itself like a professional organization. The leaders need to step aside and let operational leaders manage. The time is over for poor behavior.
They are nice, respectful people that work hard.
I enjot my time with the comoany
I love my team-- they are seasoned professionals and we have an open and honest interaction. My support team is also the best-- we speak regularly and have clear action plans and objectives, If the management was better, I'd feel differently about the company.
How open they are to change
Becoming more well versed in understanding digital media and media metrics. Trainings that teach people how to be effective at their jobs.
It is a good atmosphere.
Free lunch once a week, gym reimbursement
the people on my team and those I choose to interact with regularly
Everyone is always open and helpful

Its been a good orocess all arounf.
You get to meet a variety of people within the office to get a well rounded view of the culture - Almost everyone meets the CEO and COO during the interview process
The company needs to streamline their interview process. The interview process spanned several months and the recruiter even forgot what stage of the process we were in and tried to schedule interviews with same ppl twice.
Most of the peope are happy at eork
Getting to control what my team and I get to work on
Low moral, lack of communication from the leadership down, high turnover, a lot of fluff
There is always an opportunity to improve the process that impact what you are working on. If you want to push for improvement in anything you are doing, there is always that option. You'll never be bored working here.
When things go wrong, I'd like to see everyone pitch in to fix it more often
