Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel like my work/contributions is seen . At the moment I don't have a manager who is interested in my work/growth or who I can discuss my day-to-day challenges/concerns with. My Current Manager in XO only reaches out to me regarding UPTO, nothing else.

At times, more often than not, there is not enough work to complete even 30 hours, let alone 40 hours. That in turn leads to us getting paid less which is not on us.

I have joined here in the month of 2017 but there is no increase in my hike till now and been paid the same rate since then. It would be better if there is an increase in my hike
