Stab eachother in the back
I hate the cussing. Complained to HR who really didn't care. Only seems to get noticed when senior management observes it. Also just bad discussions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attempt to do group activities after hours
Friendly and close knit culture
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better team building. Management is too preoccupied with themselves.

They make you feel comfortable

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should stop using the agency. They should hire when they need to and interview the candidate. Unfortunately they just need bodies and that is there priority....nothing else.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work environment, the job and its duties, the people!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need better managers that are more involved. Better HR
People start at different times because there is no enforcement to have all team members start at the same time. Also if you offer to work Saturday's other workers put you down.
