- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are great at communicating regularly via email, text and calls. They send out constant reminders and are very flexible with scheduling.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I will get a pay increase when I finish my RBT certification, and I get paid to do the training to receive the certification.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone's personality seems to be similar to my own; we are all very caring and empathetic. I believe this is because we are working to help people with autism, so we all have very big hearts and sincerely enjoy what we do.
