Salary is probably slightly above average. Bonus can be good if you are a high performer. Profit sharing is an basically a 5-7% contribution to your retirement account(even if you don't put any money in). The benefits are pretty standard for what is expected these days.
401k and vacation. I do believe I am compensated fairly within our company, however in comparison to ofher pay structures, I believe the little bit of shortcomings disinfranchises reps to strive for their fullest potential. There are some stresses of the job not considered for fair compensation.

Yes. And i would likeore fair compensation. A better expectation on what each weeks hrs should be around (40 or 45 or 50 or 55?). Also would like to recieve better training.
