my management is good and communicates well
Nothing at all. They are completely out of touch
They are looking to grow future leaders and willing to try new things.
Connect with the employees directly not through thier managers
Get connected with employees and not managing through emails
supporting their loyal employees, who help the club receive the best member satisfaction scores
Upper management needs to better review who they are promoting into mid level management positions. Durning my my time at the club i have witness a unit/group manager bully employees they did not like in order to force the employee to resign rather then be fired by the club.

401k and medical benefits as well as HSA
The possible money paid to agents
That they are offered and include other perks/discounts
Pension and 401k, plus decent healthcare
health plans and retirement benefits

Wages at industry average levels

Easy to deal with and friendly

Direct managers always have your back
Don't promote or hire people don't have the experience in the area they're managing

I was challenged and asked tough questions but felt comfortable during the interview

The fact that i am on vacation soon
interacting with fellow staff and knowing that i am there to help
Replace the CEO and Biard of Diectots with qualified people from outside the organization. Get a real perspective and stip this insane cycle.
Favoritism among executives make heavy impact at employees
Questionable practices when it comes to hiring, firing and promoting.
Either do more surveys or grade them as the members think they are grading the agents.
