What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Connect with the employees directly not through thier managers

Get connected with employees and not managing through emails

Upper management needs to better review who they are promoting into mid level management positions. Durning my my time at the club i have witness a unit/group manager bully employees they did not like in order to force the employee to resign rather then be fired by the club.
