Upper management needs to better review who they are promoting into mid level management positions. Durning my my time at the club i have witness a unit/group manager bully employees they did not like in order to force the employee to resign rather then be fired by the club.

Upper management got way higher rewards and pay every year while the regular employee get the minimum

Company makes sweeping changes to my life and schedule without talking to us. They only pay more when we riot because we couldn't afford to live. Our work happiness is far less important than our customers and they prove it. Systems are terribly inefficient and dont work but still forced on us
Stop pitting one against another in your unhealthy competitive focus. Maybe if we employees unionize like Starbucks the work enviroment wpuld change

Don't promote or hire people don't have the experience in the area they're managing
To be more relevant to the job
Faster timeframe. It takes so long to hire
Replace the CEO and Biard of Diectots with qualified people from outside the organization. Get a real perspective and stip this insane cycle.
Favoritism among executives make heavy impact at employees
Questionable practices when it comes to hiring, firing and promoting.
Either do more surveys or grade them as the members think they are grading the agents.
