What makes you most happy at work?
When our whole team is there and when I am able to help some with their issue.
Working with my teammates, the family atmosphere .
I enjoy the work I do and I get to talk to new people everyday.
i get to work with good people and talk to new people everyday.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change in management, holding people accountable, firing people if necessary---weeding out the lazy ones, stop catering to the adjusters & allowing them to work from home, stop allowing adjusters to dump work on others, hire more people as the workload is too much.
