There is a fully-funded pension as well as a partially matched 401(k) to start. There is flexibility built into the medical benefits by location and new benefits are being introduced all the time like paid paternity leave and gym reimbursements. Student loan reimbursements too! Great Place to Work!

It's not that I feel undervalued, I am undervalued. Management could care less about the employees. We are just bodies filling open positions. There is no appreciation for people like me who show up every day & do my job, My manager did nothing but hide in his office & play on his phone all day.

Coworkers need to learn how to work on a team. My office is full of selfish people who can't be bothered to help anyone out, but they expect their work to be done. Oh, please, do it yourselves.

The focus is on quality and not necessarily the quantity of work that gets done.
They need to hire a new manager & start holding people accountable for their actions, & if it means firing them, then that is what they need to do.
When you interview in this department you are yhere for several hours because you have to interview with at least gour different managers individually.

Change in management, holding people accountable, firing people if necessary---weeding out the lazy ones, stop catering to the adjusters & allowing them to work from home, stop allowing adjusters to dump work on others, hire more people as the workload is too much.
