Promotions go to internal people only. Very nice buildings and cafeteria. A family atmosphere
Everyone is allowed to share their opinion through email and on a company bulletin board.
The focus is on quality and not necessarily the quantity of work that gets done.
They need to hire a new manager & start holding people accountable for their actions, & if it means firing them, then that is what they need to do.
