What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put the policyholder, the agents, and the associates at the center of every decision and truly care about taking care of people. They're accessible in person, by email or phone directly and many of the executive leadership team know all the associates by name! Great Place to Work!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a fully-funded pension as well as a partially matched 401(k) to start. There is flexibility built into the medical benefits by location and new benefits are being introduced all the time like paid paternity leave and gym reimbursements. Student loan reimbursements too! Great Place to Work!

Culture is suportive, however not EVERYONE recognizes that
Promotions go to internal people only. Very nice buildings and cafeteria. A family atmosphere
Everyone is allowed to share their opinion through email and on a company bulletin board.
The focus is on quality and not necessarily the quantity of work that gets done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When you interview in this department you are yhere for several hours because you have to interview with at least gour different managers individually.
Sensible questions but it was more conversational than a Q and A
It was straightforward with no tricky questions to answer.

When our whole team is there and when I am able to help some with their issue.
