What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and willingness to change in order to keep employees and customers happy.
They are open to changes and actively develop the team
The leadership team goes above and beyond to communicate their vision and information about the business to the team.
Trying hard to move things in the right direction in spite of legacy challenges. Love the transparency and empowerment that didn't exist before. Much better collaboration and more positive energy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the comp package is flexible work hours and work from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Similar companies in the area pay better. I don't think it's terrible, but it's not a livable wage for the area.
They're cheap and that's why anyone who is halfway-decent leaves immediately for a better offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good communication and fun banter
Everyone has fun and works hard
I like working alongside other smart people solving big problems.
Dedicated and motivated! Always willing to go the extra mile.
The team is enthusiastic about making the company successful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Laid back and everyone makes jokes and loves to have fun
The company is modeling the culture on the book Powerful which is derived from Netflix culture. Treat people as adults. Communicate freely and openly.
Everyone supports each other and prides themselves in their work.
Increased transparency and new ideas are now acted on instead of dying on the vine.
