How employees describe working at AutoAnything

Customer Service. Our business has contacted Auto Anything 3 times about a return that was made but we have not received a credit for. You call the number and it refers you to an email, but you never get a response.

They can ship the product that they charged you for. They can answer the numerous emails and phone calls that have been sent and made. They can return my $414.84 that they stole from me.

Improve customer service relations and follow through

Communication with vendor and customer. The wait time music is sick. It only makes customers more aggregated. They have lost me loyalty and I will shop at another auto company!

stop lying to the customers just to get a sale i was told there were 85 units in stock when there were none verified by vendor
