You are able to switch cars at any time before searching for financing. If you have already submitted for a vehicle and want to change your car, you will need to reset AutoGravity, which you can do in the settings, and then select your preferred vehicle and dealer to search for financing again.

Your next steps will depend on the lender and response that you have selected to move forward with. For a quick summary of your decision, make sure to login and view your offer on either our iPhone or Android app.

For most responses, you will want to contact your chosen dealership and discuss the information in your response directly with the finance department. Please remember to mention your matched lender by name when speaking to the dealership. The dealership finance department will then help facilitate your purchase or lease and when you arrive, assist in assembling any additional features you want. Finally, present your response to the dealer sales or finance person so they can help you close your deal.

Most people are able to select a vehicle, choose a dealership and search for financing in under 10 minutes. Once you submit, lenders may take up to one business day to present you with your results. Many lenders, however, are able to respond within a few minutes after you submit.

Yes! AutoGravity currently offers lease options for new Audi, Genesis, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan and Volkswagen vehicles. Were expanding our lease products often, so check back to see these new offerings.

The dealer can find your credit decision in their dealer financing portal. Next, negotiate your final car price and complete your paperwork. Viola! When you submit a credit application, lenders on the AutoGravity platform will inquire into your credit to provide a credit decision. Each inquiry will be recorded in your credit history, which may affect your credit score. Most credit scores will not be affected by multiple inquiries from auto lenders within a short period of time.

A direct auto loan is a loan obtained directly from a financing institution without involving the dealer. In many cases consumers will work with their direct lender to finalize financing before going to the dealer. Credit unions are an example of a direct lender.

An indirect auto loan is a loan which is obtained at the dealership. In most cases, the financing is tied directly to the car and the dealership where the car is purchased. Captive lenders such as Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Volkswagen Credit are examples of indirect lenders.

When searching for financing your information can be sent to up to four lenders based on your vehicle selection, dealership selection, and the information provided in your credit application.

AutoGravity partners with lenders who cover the entire credit spectrum. At AutoGravity, well do our best to match you with lenders that best align with your credit history.

Depending on your credit history, some lenders may pre-approve you for a loan amount which is higher or lower than the amount for which you originally applied.

The lender pre-approved me for more than I applied for:

If the lender pre-approves you for more than what you applied, the increased loan amount doesnt necessarily mean you have to accept the full loan. Once you negotiate your vehicles final price, you may choose to only apply a part of your pre-approved loan amount toward your purchase. Your monthly payment will be recalculated based on the final loan amount needed.

There may be some instances where the lender does not pre-approve you for the full loan amount requested. In this case, you have the option to negotiate a lower price with the dealer or consider a less expensive vehicle.

To submit a credit application, you need to provide name, phone number, date of birth, housing information, employment information and social security number.

AutoGravity procures vehicle pricing from various sources. In most cases, dealers provide us with the price of the car as shown on their lot. Vehicle prices may also be discounted from MSRP with available vehicle manufacturer rebates and incentives.

Each day, AutoGravity showcases millions of vehicles found in dealer inventory nationwide. However, there may be instances where not every vehicle is displayed. If youre not able to find a particular one on AutoGravity, reach out to the dealer directly; theyll help you find the vehicle for which youre looking.

The information you provide is no different than applying for credit at a dealership or bank, but AutoGravity allows you to go through the entire process anywhere and anytime you want - and empowers you with up to four financing offers.

Responses appear in the AutoGravity App under Step 4 after you search for financing. When a response is received, a notification is also sent to the email address used to create your AutoGravity account.

Nearly every franchised new car dealership in the United States is available on the AutoGravity platform. We make finding a dealership easy by showing the dealerships near you for the particular vehicle brand you have selected.

Dealerships have relationships with particular lenders. Selecting the dealership provides you with a personalized list of lenders to choose from.

We save all of your information up to the point where you search for financing in Step 3. To ensure the security of your personal information, you will have to start the financing process from the beginning if you decide to leave and come back to the AutoGravity app.

Dealerships will receive your contact information only after you receive a response from a lender.

Yes, you are able to search for financing as many times as you would like. To search for financing again, you will need to reset the AutoGravity app, which you can do in the settings. To access your historic results after resetting the app, you can call our support team here and we will be happy to help you.

Your social security number is required for each lender to verify your identity and to retrieve your credit information to provide a response. The lender may perform a credit inquiry using your social security number to review your credit report and provide a response.

We use the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 140-2 for encrypting and decrypting data.

You may receive up to four responses, based on your chosen car, dealership and information you provided when you searched for financing.

Most offers expire within 30 days, but each lender may be different. You can view the expiration date of each of your offers on the Lender Response Detail page of the AutoGravity app.

Your responses are valid at the dealership you selected in Step 2.

If AutoGravity is unable to match you with a lender, you will be notified within 30 days. We are always expanding and adding more lenders to AutoGravity. If there wasn't a match when you applied, we will notify you via email as we add additional lenders.

When you search for financing, we send up to four lenders only the information necessary for them to provide a response. Your contact information may also be shared with the dealer you selected in Step 2, and the selected dealer may reach out to contact you. For more information, view our privacy policy.

Your information is stored in our encrypted data vault. We do not store your personal information locally on your device.

When you select a dealership, we present the phone number, e-mail address and website address for that dealership, as well as a photo of the dealership. You can contact the dealership about the availability of your selected vehicle however you desire.

AutoGravity does not store personally identifiable information including your SSN or Credit Information. Prior to deleting it, AutoGravity sends it to our lenders over a secure channel. AutoGravity and partner lenders have multiple layers of data protection, and your information is protected by heavy encryption techniques during the transfer.

AutoGravity does not store personally identifiable information however, it will cache what car and dealership you have selected. If you start but do not complete a credit application, you will have to start your credit application again from the beginning.

No, you will have to submit a new application if you wish to change your dealershipafter submission.
