What is the best part about your compensation package?
Over all a great package.
Fair pay. We are able to "earn" bonuses and even have a bit of control of the size of them. Very good insurance benefits.

The 401k management team APG has selected has been working great for me. My 401k value has grown to be 40% more than what I myself have put into it after growth and the small but acceptable company match.
Health insurance is Amazing, time off is great as well and is earned every time you get paid.
APG benefit package is one of the best ones when compared to the other companies in the valley. They truly care about their employees and understand benefits are part of the complete package of caring for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued; however, I make significantly less than most members of the team I work with, and it would be nice to feel like my part mattered as much as theirs does.
