What is the best part about your compensation package?
Over all a great package.
Fair pay. We are able to "earn" bonuses and even have a bit of control of the size of them. Very good insurance benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued; however, I make significantly less than most members of the team I work with, and it would be nice to feel like my part mattered as much as theirs does.

Everyone is generally pretty happy and they are willing to help with anything you are working on.
The people are friendly and Genuine.
We have clear goals as a company. Everyone works toward those goals. Most everyone has high integrity.

When I interviewed, I did not live near the company and they made accommodations for me to interview over zoom so that I could have the opportunity to interview. I also had a 6 week old baby when I interviewed and they didn't mind that I needed to care for her during the interview.
