The synergy of the teams and people I work with is exciting. We all feel our voice can make a difference and strive for continuous improvement. I enjoy the challenges of defining the situation we are meeting on and working together to address it with everyone feeling they contributed in the end.
I think we get along pretty well. Most everyone tries their best and we have Tom to help us when we don't understand things or when things don't work right.
