What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all working together for a common goal and that really bonds us as employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job to make sure that the employees enjoy their jobs and are well taken care of.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can do my job, but also have the freedom to listen to my music or an audiobook as I work through the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued; however, I make significantly less than most members of the team I work with, and it would be nice to feel like my part mattered as much as theirs does.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how well our team meshes together. We all get along so well and it makes coming to work a lot easier when I know I am not going to have a lot of drama.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed, I did not live near the company and they made accommodations for me to interview over zoom so that I could have the opportunity to interview. I also had a 6 week old baby when I interviewed and they didn't mind that I needed to care for her during the interview.
