We have clear goals as a company. Everyone works toward those goals. Most everyone has high integrity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at APG is good. They keep us informed of the status of the company. They really seem to value the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay. We are able to "earn" bonuses and even have a bit of control of the size of them. Very good insurance benefits.
