What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to experience what the job was like before I accepted the job.
Whole interview process was asynchronous where I didn't get on a single video call
Custom tailored all the way, including trial phase. Very supported throughout the latter.
I got to meet and speak to various members of the team I was due to join. It allowed me to see under the hood into the inner workings of the company before I committed.
The trial process is super useful to get to know one another.
