I have been in the auto industry for over 40 years and this is one of the best benefits packages I have ever had.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero profit sharing in place
stop tracking/spying on the people who work to make your company successful. give your employees a bonus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with other peers who are kind and care about their job
The team is doing well and getting better year over year
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lots of busy work of people pretending to know
People tend to quit within 12 to 18 months
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to manage my business via Virtual office

The onwer needs to sell the company to an actual business leader
