What are some of the best things about your team?
No one is above another. Caregivers, nurses, and all staff work together as a team and does not act like one is better than the other because of license or status. They are all caring and kind to the residents and staff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our team are on different pages as to how to get things done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feels like home and family. Activities are great. Relaxing and soothing music in the background daily. Family and friends come to visit daily

They asked the hard but important questions. They appeared to care about me and what I could over to the company via work experience and personality.

The love that I see and feel from the residents and caregivers. All staff members are the best I have ever worked with.
