It is a long process, but it finds the person that fits
Because I was applying for a trainer position, I was asked to create and deliver a presentation during my interview.

The service that we provide for our customers
I appreciate not being micromanaged. My boss understands how I work and knows what my current projects are. She's available if I need help, but does not impede my ability to complete my work.
