What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actions speak louder than words. Say they will listen and take on feedback, but Then don't action anything. Decipher actual plans of action before announcing changes
Despite their rhetoric to the contrary, profits will always come before people at Avalere Health agency. You are just a number on a spreadsheet to them, expendable at any time.
Communication and valuing employees suggestions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good overall. We were made to change health insurance plans every year because they cut a better deal that saves the company money (but not necessarily the employee).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid by industry standards. Merit-based promotion not considered if it does not align with regulated policy.
Recognition of efforts on taking the initiative on lowering costs and streamlining.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority are friendly And have good sense of humour
I work with some really great people. Smart, dedicated, kind.
All hands on deck when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people and the Socials
I found the culture to be toxic because of how senior leadership rules by fear. The CEO is a talking head really, the woman in England really calls the shots. It's hard to collaborate across business units because teams are sioled so no one knows what's going on in other parts of the agency.
Colleagues are understanding and nice. People at the lower level are supportive.
Operate as a family a strong team.
