The support you get from your team and direct leaders, professional or personal. They understand that people are humans (not just "resources").
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I came to work here because of the leadership team I would be working with. My leadership team trusts in me and my abilities and I get to enjoy autonomy in how I perform my job. That comes with a high degree of accountability, but the culture of trust makes it easy and worth it.
