I came to work here because of the leadership team I would be working with. My leadership team trusts in me and my abilities and I get to enjoy autonomy in how I perform my job. That comes with a high degree of accountability, but the culture of trust makes it easy and worth it.

Everything, other than the CCO. These aren't leaders, these are used car salesmen, no ability to listen, stop the nepotism (definition includes favoritism) is detrimental to everything. Stop hiring more directors and up and appreciate those you have, hire more associates.

Avalon has always had a family-first policy. Wellness checks are required as a part of our 1x1 meetings. We instituted an EAP and expanded our PTO program. We've paid spot bonuses and paid out our annual bonus for 2021 at 77% over target.
Start to appreciate workers and stop firing employees

While the pace at Avalon is fast, we do take the opportunity regularly to appreciate and reward our employees. We aren't in the business of regularly firing employees without multiple chances to improve.
