- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Either hire people with better skills, requiring better interviewing skills in management, or get people training. The people who do have the skills are pulling all the work while the ones who don't goof off.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?There has been a lot of turnover and it makes me nervous that there will continue to be a lot of lost employees and terminations so I do not feel secure in my role
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Prevent HR from forcing a bell curve on reviews. It just means that you need to fit nicely into a statistical group so they can give themselves raises and bonuses and not the "underlings"
