Yes. Pay actual market value. HR changes the wording in job descriptions or titles on their own to make salaries fit what they believe employees do and they have the least amount of knowledge in the company.

In the early days of Avalon, we didn't always have funds for extra training and education. Nearly all of our employees now have these opportunities. Avalon has paid an annual bonus every year since 2015.
