What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is highly motivated and always bring out the best from their teams.
They are very focused about the goal we have laid out for the future and provide us with all the required amenities to do so. The most friendly atmosphere to work coupled with great guidance from the leadership team makes Avankia a force to reckon with.
Always helpful & friendly if we are stuck.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The packages offered in Avankia is on par with the industry standard.
The incentives and bonus given out are purely on performance basis and one of the best in the industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't differentiate people based on performance, gives everyone the same hike
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collective thinking and achieve targets
They understand the problems which we face and will give multiple opportunities to rectify our mistakes. Will never put much pressure.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Any feedback is taken and worked upon effectively by the management team
Very positive approach towards the goals set. The atmosphere is very friendly and the management team is easily approachable and they hear us out if we have any kind of concerns.
Flexibility, no daily tasks.Gives multiple opportunities for learning
Best part is interaction between the teams.

There has not been a single day when I wake up having second thoughts about going to work and this itself speaks volumes about how happy working in Avankia.
