Avasant offers a fantastic benefit plan. Every employee across all global regions has a retirement plan and funded pension. Moreover healthcare is 100% covered. Standard maternity and paternity leave programs are available for all employees. Best yet the firm pays for gym memberships for all!

Avasant has a pension (which paid by the company) in addition to a normal retirement plan. Avasant also covers 100 percent of health insurance.
