Avasant offers a fantastic benefit plan. Every employee across all global regions has a retirement plan and funded pension. Moreover healthcare is 100% covered. Standard maternity and paternity leave programs are available for all employees. Best yet the firm pays for gym memberships for all!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not great to do the same type of work as my counterparts in the US and be paid much less.

The Coronavirus has been difficult but the company made a smooth and instant transition to video conferencing. No tools were spared to give the employee the right opportunity to connect with their clients and each other. The company pays for mobile, broadband internet and connectivity requirements

Hire people qualified for the work you need them to do

There's a family culture. Everyone is friendly
We place a lot of emphasis on employee engagement

Care about what staff thinks and shares.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Smooth and easy interview process. Not too much grilling, really tried to see if you matched their vision and mission
Very transparent and the process was clear.
The case study was the best part.

When I know exactly what I need to do and how to do it so that I can be left to do it on my own accord within the expected time frame.
The work that I do is truly impactful and I’m excited to do it everyday,
