I like Avature, the first time I feel comfortable in the workplace. Interviews are hard, and you might feel nervous, but during the entire interview process I felt very safe, heard and comfortable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is well known the salary is a problem, and it is hard for Avature to be competitive. But for me, it is more important to feel comfortable and happy with my environment than being paid more.
