The career progression is paused, and no one is getting promotions or raises, at least that's what I've been told. The food vouchers don't keep up with the rise in food prices and they changed some benefits for worse. Like swapping the Gympass for the Totalpass
Thinking about the actual market state and responsibilities that we carry with us, some improvements on the partnership with training platform like Udemy, Coursera and LinkedIn would change the game for AC. And the salary is not as competitive comparing with company with same approach as here.
I believe that even if at the moment this recognition has not been made, by politics it can soon happen.

The IT market is heated and many companies are offering higher salaries, which makes the company have high turnover
RRSP contributions and the benefits can be more
Better option in terms of Health insurance should be considered which will cover 90-100% of Dental and Eye care. As well as can increase the well-being spendable a bit.
They might readjust your salary every year. To me, that's a long period of evaluation. Especially when you're a junior or mid, the amount of responsibility and work you got during the year doesn't match the amount of work the person does for half of this period.
