other then expensive we have a lot of coverage
We have Volunteer Hours that we can be paid to volunteer outside of the company, which is nice.

There is no reward for the more you learn or responsibilities that are giving to you
No stock options available at Director level
I do full stack development, but I am given a non-technical title, so my compensation is about 30% less than my companions at other companies. Will probably be the reason for me departing the company in the near future.
