What do you like best about the leadership team?
understanding and hard working intellectuals
Very supportive, helpful and approachable
They had an MD for postmerger and new go-to-market strategy in DACH. He was the most inspiring manager i ever experienced
Autonomy and trust. They put their employees first ensuring a healthy and positive work environement.
They're very down to earth and fun - it's enjoyable to talk to them.

Looking after its teams .. being competitive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 day week if only the systems where ready for that

we learn from each other. the former MD built a culture of high performance based on trust and collaboration
Knowledge sharing and open minded colleagues
Everyone's sweet, understanding, joyful, helps the other - it's generally a very good atmosphere.

it is safe again after the merger and sucessfull at the moment

The company is streamlining in an attempt to make it look attractive to prospective buyers .. the workers suffer
