Mr. Michael F. Finn has been the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since April 2013 and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Finn has been Chief Compliance Officer of Government Relations at Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since April 2016. He served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since April 2013 until February 14, 2017. Mr. Finn served a number of increasingly senior roles at General Dynamics Corporation. Since 2009 until joining Axalta, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Advanced Information Systems division of General Dynamics. He served as Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Director of Ethics and Export Compliance at General Dynamics United Kingdom in London, England for three years. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Finn served as Senior Counsel for General Dynamics Corporation. Between 1999 and 2002, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Sideware Inc. and Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Business Affairs, Teligent Inc. He worked in several positions most notably including as an Associate at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher and as an Attorney at the Office of the General Counsel at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He served as law clerk to two federal judges; first from 1992 to 1993 and from 1993 to 1994. Mr. Finn earned a B.S. in Finance cum laude graduated from Indiana University and obtained his J.D. cum laude from New York University's School of Law.
