Robert Bryant ā Executive VP & CFO at Axalta Coating Systems
Executive Bio
Mr. Robert W. Bryant has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since February 2013. Mr. Bryant served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at The Wonderful Company LLC. He was responsible for Accounting and Financial Reporting, Treasury and Cash Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Global Sourcing and Procurement, Risk Management, Tax and Corporate Aviation. Before joining Roll Global in 2007, Mr. Bryant served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy, New Business Development and Information Technology at Grupo Industrial Saltillo, SAB de CV. In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Investment Officer and in implementing strategic and operational improvement initiatives at subsidiary companies, he led several large cross-border acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Prior to joining Grupo Industrial Saltillo in 2004, he served as the President of Bryant & Company. Before founding Bryant & Company in 2001, he was a Managing Principal of Newbridge Latin America, L.P. While with TPG, Mr. Bryant held several interim management roles and served on the Boards of Directors of portfolio companies. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Associate of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc.), where he led myriad large-scale consulting projects in business strategy, marketing strategy, operational restructuring, distribution and supply chain management. He worked as an Assistant Investment Officer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he supported debt and equity financings in emerging markets. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston (also known as Credit Suisse AG), where he served as a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Mr. Bryant graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida and received his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the Harvard Business School.
