How employees describe working at Axians
It's an incredibly painful process, rude customer service. As a Client I was laughed at on a call, they don't listen, they don't care about our outcomes and approach. Never worked with such a rude vendor.
Out clinic was a customer of Axiabs for many years. Last years it went in to chaos. The finacial department is "illusional". We had to change IT and know they are fully maling it very digficult for us.. for unknown reasons ..
Overall good but with lots of disappointments
