What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?One of the good things is to be able to work from home.
What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that it didn't feel like an interrogation but more like a conversation.
What makes you most happy at work?I'm happy for the resources that I have, for the people that I work with, and the constant encouragement from our leadership team to grow in our career.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?No one here is actually allowed to do real software engineering job. Everybody has to do as they are told, so my best advice to coworkers is: quit!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, overall intelligence, knowledge, leadership skills... is basically like work with childs as your bosses.
