Axonius is full of inexperienced managers, but because they are managers they believe that they don't need to learn anything else. Trying to do a good job here is pointless, directors of engineering don't know anything about it and will be easily offended if you propose something better. Terrible.

Working at Axonius is a breeze, I was told that working for a startup company was going to have it's challenges and it does when it comes to being fast paced but the community and resources Axonius has offered has made this experience so much better.

Everyone wants to learn and has curiosity to help improve and grow.

No one here is actually allowed to do real software engineering job. Everybody has to do as they are told, so my best advice to coworkers is: quit!

The people were friendly. The interviews had a structure so that I could learn about the company and learn more about the culture. It wasn't a robotic process and it was quick! My process lasted a total of 10 days!
